Description
Replacement Cylinder Head Bolts (Set of 4).
Roary the Repair Lion says:
Torque for Cylinder Head Bolts: 24 N·m (2.4 kgf·m, 17 lbf·ft) tightened in a crisscross pattern.
*1) Always use a new Head Gasket if you have removed the Cylinder Head. (sold separately)
*2) Be sure to inspect the rockers, rocker plate, valves and push rods. Replace if damaged or bent.
*3) You might need to replace the rocker cover gasket if it splits during the repair. (sold separately)
*4) Once rebuilt you will need to adjust your valve lash clearances to:
Intake: 0.015" (0.381mm)
Exhaust: 0.015-0.020" (0.4-0.5mm) (Try the smallest setting first. If still not running right, change clearance to 0.020".)
You will need a Feeler Gauge to set your Valve Lash Clearances.
