Replacement Cylinder Head Prebuilt with Valves and Rockers and a Free Head Gasket.

This complete Cylinder Head is cast from toughened aluminium and comes pre-installed with; Valves and their Springs, Seals, Retainers and Rotator Cap; Rocker Studs, Pivots, adjusting nuts and the Push Rod Guide Plate.

Easy and quick to install. Saves a great deal of time as the Valves do not need to be ground and the Springs do not need to be compressed to locate the Retainers.

Simply, locate the Head Gasket, slide the new Cylinder Head down into place, tighten the bolts down, insert the Push Rods and set the Valve clearances as instructed below. That is all there is to it!

Roary the Repair Lion says:

Torque for Cylinder Head Bolts: 24 N·m (2.4 kgf·m, 17 lbf·ft) tightened in a crisscross pattern.
*1) Always use a new Head Gasket if you have removed the Cylinder Head*
*2) You might need to replace the Rocker Cover Gasket if it splits during the repair. (sold separately)
*3) Once rebuilt, you will need to adjust your valve lash clearances to:
Intake: 0.015" (0.381mm)
Exhaust: 0.015-0.020" (0.4-0.5mm) (Try the smallest setting first. If still not running right, change clearance to 0.020".)

You will need a Feeler Gauge to set your Valve Lash Clearances.
