Replacement Cylinder Head cast from toughened aluminium.
*Please be aware this is only the Cylinder Head. It does not include any moving parts or Valve Seals. To purchase these parts please see the listings for these parts.*
Roary the Repair Lion says:
Torque for Cylinder Head Bolts: 20 Nm; 2.0 kg·m; 14 ft·lb tightened in a crisscross.
*1) Always use a new Head Gasket if you have removed the Cylinder Head*
*2) Be sure to inspect the Rockers, Rocker Plate, Valves, Valve Seals and Push Rods. Replace if damaged or bent. (sold separately)
*3) You might need to replace the Rocker Cover Gasket if it splits during the repair. (sold separately)
*4) Once rebuilt you will need to adjust your valve lash clearances to:
- Intake: 0.15-0.2 mm
- Exhaust: 0.2-0.3 mm
(Try the smallest setting first. If still not running right, change clearance to larger setting.)
You will need a Feeler Gauge to set your Valve Lash Clearances. We sell them here.
