Roary the Repair Lion says:

Torque for Cylinder Head Bolts: 24 N·m (2.4 kgf·m, 17 lbf·ft) tightened in a crisscross pattern.

1) Always use a new Head Gasket if you have removed the Cylinder Head* (sold separately)

2) Be sure to inspect all the rockers, rocker plate, valves, valve seals and push rods. Replace if damaged or bent. If any of these parts are damaged, this can cause catastrophic damage to the engine.

3) You might need to replace the rocker cover gasket if it splits or is bent during the repair as a damaged rocker cover gasket will affect engine compression. (sold separately)

4) Once rebuilt you will need to adjust your valve lash clearances to:

Intake: 0.015" (0.381mm)
Exhaust: 0.015-0.020" (0.4-0.5mm) (Try the smallest setting first. If still not running right, change clearance to 0.020".)

You will need a Feeler Gauge to set your Valve Lash Clearances.
