RETURNS POLICY

 

NB. This policy does not affect any legal rights which may be available to you. Nor does it apply to defective items.

 

This returns policy allows you to return unwanted products to us for a refund on the following conditions. 

 

1.We only accept returns which are authorised by us in our discretion. Returns must be submitted to our website for authorisation within 30 days of purchase. To submit a return request please sign in to your account on http://www.gethergoing.com.


22.Due to the sensitive nature of Electrical component parts, including but not limited to Regulators, Rectifiers, Batteries, wiring looms, AVRs and Capacitors, return requests will only be authorised once a set of test results are submitted to us. These tests will be supplied by "Get Her Going" on receipt of the return request. This is to determine if the part has been damaged prior to return. 

3.Speciality ordered items are non-returnable as these are not stock items and are ordered on request only. 

4.Returns must reach us within 30 days of the return being authorised. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. 

5.Returns must be in a condition allowing them to be resold as new including being unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, with all components and with any seals, labels and documentation intact. Returns must include the order number and any other information specified by us when we issue the authorisation. 

6.You must pay the cost of returning the item to us.

7.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and that you retain proof of posting / dispatch. 

8.If you are shipping from abroad, you must ensure that the customs form indicates that the value of the contents is "NIL" or "Zero" and you are "Returning Product for Exchange or Repair." We will not be liable for any customs charge for returned items. If items are sent back with customs charges they will NOT be accepted / collected from the delivery company in possession. We cannot guarantee that the delivery company will return the item. 

9.If we authorise the return our discretion and if we receive the returned item in accordance with the above requirements, we will issue a full or partial refund or store credit as we consider appropriate less the delivery and payment charges and less the amount of any discount. Alternatively, we may agree to, exchange the item. 

10.If you return an item but do not comply with this policy, then we reserve the right to destroy the item or otherwise dispose of it as we think appropriate.
