Any order with unpaid Tariffs, duties or taxes returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping, courier/postal admin charges and restocking fees as per our T&C*
United States of America
Our system will calculate if tarifs need to be paid and will charge you accordingly.
We will PRE-PAY any tariffs due when we send your order.
(i.e. you will not need to do anything after you checkout and your order will arrive as normal.)
EU COUNTRIES (not including those with a free trade agreement)
All countries without a free trade agreement are meant to charge VAT, this seems to be at the discretion of the receiving country and may be based on a de minimus (minimum order value before charges are incured.) Official information on this can be found here.
If your government requires payment you may receive an invoice for import duties and taxes from the customs authorities, your postal operator or the courier. This invoice must be paid before the goods are handed over to you.
