IF WE DO NOT HAVE STOCK IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:
United States of America
We will charge and prepay all tariffs and fees.
EU COUNTRIES (not including those with a free trade agreement)
We will charge the VAT as normal and prepay the authorities. If we have charged VAT you will not need to do anything else.
At this time, we are UNABLE to pre-pay in Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Latvia. You will get a message from your Postal provider asking for outstanding VAT. Please look out for their email. You are responsible for paying any import VAT and admin fees. Official EU information on this can be found here and Postal processing fees can be found here (pdf).
OTHER COUNTRIES NOT MENTIONED ABOVE
If we do NOT charge tax, please contact your local government for tariffs and payment procedures. Your delivery service or government should get in touch for payment when your order arrives in the country. Please check for any email, letter, sms or text message about any payment due. It should include your tracking number as confirmation that the contact is "real." This can be found in our shipping confirmation email, or can be found when logged in under your order.
